Overview

Skanda Green valley is a massive 45 acres of Sandalwood farm land project.Plot areas starts from 100 sq yds,In 200 sq yds of each Plot 16 Sandalwood Plants are planted.These plants will be maintaned by our management.And these plants will have raw material productivity from age of 8 years.In span of 12-15 years the plant will be increased to width of 2 to 3 feet and height of 33 feet with weight of 30-35 kgs will be produced.At present market rate of sandalwood powder Rs.15,000/- to Rs.20,000/- per kg.Income generated from Sandalwood plants 60% of profit will be provided to the customer and 40% of Profit will be claimed by the management for maintanence of plants.
